After completing the training programs at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Academy of Finance, Duy entered the financial market in Vietnam and proceeded to undertake various positions in financial analysis at securities companies, as well as assuming the role of a specialist in the Credit and Investment Committee of a Joint Stock Commercial Bank.

In 2010, Duy transitioned to the Vietnamese insurance sector. Throughout his professional journey, Duy held positions such as Loss Adjuster, Senior Loss Adjuster, Manager, Chief Executive Officer at organizations specialized in loss adjusting.

With a solid educational background from top universities in both technical and economic fields, Duy has developed a multidimensional mindset. Base on this skills, he can conduct investigations the losses, as well as analyze intricate cases, in order to ensure transparency and openness in handling particularly complex and unique claims. All of these strengths have become Duy’s competitive advantage, positioning both himself and TAS strongly in our services.

Phuong graduated with a degree in Energy Economics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1998. He holds a certificate in asset appraisal issued by the Ministry of Finance and various other relevant credentials.

Before joining the insurance market as a Loss Adjuster in 2008, Phuong had worked in the field of distribution and repair of industrial printers, computers, and replacement components.

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specific focus on insurance technical appraisal, Phuong has held key positions in insurance companies and adjusting firms in Vietnam. He has taken on roles ranging from Loss Adjusters, Manager, Branch Director at Adjusting companies to significant positions in insurance companies.

At TAS, Phuong is one of the co-founders and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the company. He is responsible for managing the company’s operations and handling complex and significant insurance loss cases.

Diep graduated with honors in the field of Accounting from the Academy of Finance in 2004. She holds certifications as a Chief Accountant, Appraiser, and various other relevant credentials. With 20 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing, Diệp started her career as a General Accountant. For over 10 years, she held the position of Chief Accountant at the largest securities company in Vietnam.

Diep is one of the co-founders of TAS and currently serves as the Deputy Director in charge of Accounting and Auditing. She is primarily responsible for calculating, inspecting, and approving adjusting reports related to inventory losses and business interruptions.

Dinh graduated successfully as a civil engineer from Water Resources University in 2005. In the early years after graduation, he worked in the construction field, specifically in hydroelectric and thermal power projects, participating in various construction projects across Vietnam.

In 2017, through a fortunate opportunity, Dinh switched to work in the field of insurance as a claim appraisal, initially at a parent insurance company and subsequently at appraisal firms. Here, he took on the responsibility of managing and resolving various scales of loss cases related to construction incidents and third-party liabilities. Dinh became a founding member of TAS.

With his extensive knowledge and years of experience in the technical field, Dinh excels in conducting investigations of construction incidents, from identifying the root causes of losses to proposing effective remedies and optimizing cost-effectiveness.

In 2016, Quy graduated from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. He has held positions as a site engineer at major companies such as Vinaconex 1, NSN, and Toda Vietnam, accumulating extensive technical experience and expertise.

Currently, he holds the position of Transportation Engineering/Loss Adjuster at TAS, playing a key role in resolving property loss claims related to technical fields.

Dat graduated with a major in Auditing from the National Economics University in 2016. After graduation, he worked at A&C Audit and Consulting Company, holding the position of Head of the Audit Team for 5 years. During this time, he directly conducted audits of financial reports for large corporations and companies operating in various industries. Additionally, he also gained experience working in the Internal Audit Department of a leading insurance company in Vietnam.

Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge, particularly in the areas of inventory accounting processes, management, and procedures. Currently, Dat is directly involved in loss surveying, managing claims, and adjusting losses related to various inventory losses and business interruptions.
