Mr. TRAN TU DUY

Mr. Tran Tu Duy has more than 14 years of experience in finance and insurance and is a senior executive with a strong multidisciplinary foundation in loss adjusting in Vietnam. He began his career in finance, holding positions in financial analysis at a securities company and serving as a member of the Credit and Investment Committee of a commercial bank. This stage of his career helped him develop systems thinking and a deep understanding of financial issues relevant to insurance losses.

From 2012 onwards, he moved into loss adjusting and built experience across multiple roles, from field adjuster and team manager to professional leadership within specialist adjusting organisations. He has particular strength in property, engineering, fire and complex losses, and has directly coordinated major losses arising in severe catastrophe conditions, where rapid response, technical accuracy and multi-party coordination are critical.

With academic training in both engineering and economics, he is well placed to lead assignments involving property losses, engineering losses, chain-reaction incidents, business interruption and disputed claims.

Mrs. DAO THI BICH DIEP

Ms. Dao Thi Bich Diep has a strong professional foundation in accounting, finance and insurance loss adjusting in Vietnam. Before joining TAS, she had more than 10 years of experience serving as Chief Accountant, with direct responsibility for accounting systems, data control, supporting documents, financial reporting, tax compliance and key financial matters within the business. This practical background gives her a distinct advantage in reading accounting records, checking the basis of financial data and assessing the reliability of documents used in loss adjustment.

Her loss adjusting career has developed in parallel with the growth of TAS. In the early stage, she was directly involved in loss calculations, particularly in assignments requiring the checking of inventory records, costing records, detailed ledgers, stock reports and the quantified basis of loss. As TAS developed, her role expanded into checking and approving loss calculations, reviewing claim files, reviewing adjusting reports and controlling the quality of reports involving accounting, financial and indirect cost elements.

Mr. TRUONG CONG DINH

Mr. Truong Cong Dinh graduated from Thuy Loi University in 2005 and has many years of experience in hydropower, thermal power and major infrastructure projects throughout Vietnam. Before entering the insurance market, he built substantial practical construction experience, including many years serving as site commander for a package under the Son La Hydropower Project. This gives him a clear advantage in understanding site conditions, technical realities and the feasibility of remedial options.

He entered the insurance market around 2015, initially working as a claims officer before continuing his career in loss adjusting. His professional development has progressed alongside Mr. Tran Tu Duy through different stages at Global Adjuster and later at TAS. He now has nearly 10 years of experience in claims handling and loss adjusting.

Within TAS, he is one of the key technical personnel in engineering loss matters and currently serves as Head of Engineering Loss Adjusting as well as Head of DN Office.

Mr. NGUYEN THE HUNG

Mr. Nguyen The Hung has more than 10 years of market experience and is one of TAS’s key technical personnel in construction and structural losses. His professional strength lies in technically demanding matters involving factories, civil works, load-bearing structures and technical works, where proper understanding of damage mechanisms, causation and remedial solutions is critical to the adjustment process.

With academic training in civil and industrial engineering, combined with practical capability in construction management and cost estimation, he is well placed to assess complex losses affecting structures and civil works, review technical damage conditions, evaluate reinstatement options and support the quantification of loss in construction and engineering claims.

Ms. TRAN THE THU TRANG

Ms. Tran The Thu Trang was trained within TAS from the early stage of the company’s formation and has developed her loss adjusting career in parallel with TAS’s reporting standards and internal operating discipline. From an early stage, she was exposed not only to accounting and tax work, but also to the preparation of loss adjusting reports, the control of claim files and the practical working methods required in insurance loss adjusting.

After graduation, she joined TAS on a full-time basis from 2023 onwards. With a strong academic background in accounting and formal insurance training through the CIP programme of ANZIIF, she combines accounting discipline with structured insurance knowledge in loss adjusting. Over time, her role has developed from operational and file-based work into a deeper professional and control function, particularly in inventory losses, business interruption matters and assignments requiring careful checking of accounting records, supporting documents, calculation bases and report quality.

She currently serves as Senior Loss Adjuster and Acting Chief Accountant, with responsibility for both professional support in accounting-intensive claims and TAS’s internal accounting control.

Mr. TRAN VAN QUY

Mr. Tran Van Quy graduated from the Faculty of Transportation Engineering (Bridge and Road), Hanoi University of Civil Engineering in 2016 and completed his Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering at the same university in 2021.

Before joining TAS, Mr. Quy accumulated eight years of experience working with domestic construction companies and international construction firms in Vietnam, including five years with Toda Corporation of Japan.

He is currently a Senior Loss Adjuster at TAS, serving as a key member in managing technical claims and loss assessments. Mr. Quy holds a Non-Life Insurance Loss Adjuster License issued by the Ministry of Finance, affirming his professional expertise and adherence to legal and regulatory standards in the loss adjusting profession.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous large-scale loss investigations, including damages caused by Typhoon Yagi, as well as incidents of embankment and port collapses, with total loss values exceeding VND 50 billion.
